red cross hairs are too red for very low light shots. Makes the entire scope red and target not visible. I have taken about 50 shots with it and I've had to readjust it twice. it is quite clear and easy to use. Easy adjustments for zoom and focus as well.

RWS 4x12x50 Illuminated Mildot Scope

I use this scope on all my pellet rifles, both .177 and .22. The illuminated mildot is great in early morning and evening light conditions. Range may be estimated using the parallex adjustment and is quite accurate. Quality of optics suffers compared to other scopes such as Hawke; however the price is right for the RWS scope.
