Ilike the metal supports, But i did have to adjust the length to my two outboards of different size, But both of the rubber hook straps have broken by them self's just sitting there for a month in 80 degree weather thy are worthless and now I have to figure a better way of keeping the transom saver from dropping away from the outboards they support and destroying my transom and outboards.

It got the job done. Mounting the braket was easy as drilling a hole and bolting it on. Does cause some minor trailer shock but nothing that should keep you from buying it. I would recommend this product.
