Perfect for my needs, mounting a long shaft motor to a short shaft transom. Was a bit disappointed it didn't come with a template to drill the transom, but that was a simple matter to overcome

My purchase of the jack plate was quite a great surprise when the person from your company called me to ask if I would like to pick up the plate or still have it delievered. the great part was that you are right here in Oldsmar for me to pick up.
