The good: The map card works fine and really comes in handy when boating in unfamiliar lakes. After I got the PC App working it is really useful. Not a premium application by any means but very useful. The bad: Good thing the card worked OK because support is practically nonexistent. Their web site is clunky and just plain ODD. 21 days to get a response via email. No kidding, it really took them 21 days to answer my email. The card worked, their App didn’t. I finally figured out how to make the Navionics PC App work with Vista. I had to change permissions on the program folder to allow writing to it without Administrator rights and edited the Registry to set the app to use US measurements.
Poor support but good product
