The ladder was received very quickly. The construction was perfect for my application. The only problem and still exists is they forgot to send the hardward. I called the manufacturer and they told me call the store I called the store and they told me contact the manufacturer. I am still without the hardwareand hope either the manufacturer or Black Bear will grab the bull by the horn and send me the hardware. Bob
