Black Bear was great, recieved our tubes quickly with no drama.  The tubes were AWESOME!  However I wish the backrest had a separate plug for inflation since it was way too big and was hard to lay back and relax.  I think I might put a bunjee cord around the back next time we float the Guadalupe and see if that helps.  Everything else about the tubes were way cool.
